MHP Lux S.A. is a company related to MHP Group – one of the world’s most vertically integrated companies that ensures in-depth control over the whole chain of poultry production. Vertical integration allows us to guarantee consistent quality standards of our products and full quality control. Hereinafter, MHP Lux S.A. and its affiliates are referred to as the “MHP” or the “MHP Group”. MHP focuses on production of poultry and cultivation of grain, as well as other agricultural operations (meat processing and meat products ready for consumption).
Moreover, MHP Group has cutting facilities – in the Netherlands, and a sales & distribution office in UAE, KSA, UK. MHP Group comprises also the leading poultry companies in Ukraine, accounting for approximately 34% of all industrially produced chicken meat consumed in Ukraine in 2016, according to SSSU. MHP also has an important and expanding grain operation with what Management believes to be one of the largest agricultural land portfolios in Ukraine. MHP’s current land bank constitutes approximately 370,000 hectares of land. In addition, MHP produces and sells vegetable oils (sunflower and soybeans oils) as a by-product of its fodder production, as well as sausages, cooked meats and convenience food products. MHP has a high degree of vertical integration, owning and operating at each of the key stages of chicken production processes, from feed grains and fodder production to egg incubation and growout to processing, marketing, distribution and sales (including through distribution and sales offices and partnerships abroad).
